Title: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect / Technical Lead

Location: Bangalore / Pune

Job Requirements:

- 8 to 15+ years overall IT with enterprise delivery.

- 5 to 7+ years Power Platform architecture and development leadership.

- Deep Dataverse modeling, security, and performance tuning experience.

- Designed Canvas and Model-driven apps with Power Automate flows.

- Implemented ALM and CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

- Built integrations via custom connectors and REST APIs with resilience.

- Experience defining DLP policies and CoE-aligned governance.

Job Responsibilities:

- Translate functional requirements into target solution architectures and detailed technical designs.

- Determine fit-for-purpose use of Canvas apps, Model-driven apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Pages, and when to employ custom development.

- Define Dataverse schemas, relationships, business rules, and security models aligned with performance and compliance requirements.





- Design and implement integration patterns using custom connectors, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and messaging where applicable.

- Establish ALM practices, workplace strategy (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod), and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

- Produce architecture diagrams, HLD/LLD documents, and development standards and templates.

- Own the overall architecture, technical integrity, and coherence of Power Platform solutions.

- Decide between Canvas, Model-driven, Power Pages, and custom development approaches based on requirements and constraints.

- Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements for security, performance, scalability, maintainability, and supportability.

- Define and maintain ALM practices, environment topology, branching strategies, and deployment pipelines.

- Govern data architecture and integration strategies across enterprise systems and data domains
