Key Responsibilities

- Handle interactions with patients and healthcare professionals professionally, accurately, and empathetically.
- Conduct follow-up calls to obtain relevant information and support timely case closure.
- Accurately document all interactions within internal systems to ensure complete and compliant records.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless query resolution and customer experience.
- Adhere to established SOPs, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by following best practices and supporting team objectives.
