About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused MICE Consultant to plan, manage, and execute end-to-end MICE travel solutions. This role involves designing customized MICE packages, coordinating with multiple vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of corporate events, conferences, and incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities

- MICE Package Planning & Development: Design and manage end-to-end MICE travel packages including transportation, accommodation, venues, activities, and event logistics based on client requirements.
- Customization & Client Needs: Customize MICE solutions for corporate clients, incentive groups, conferences, and events to meet specific objectives and budgets.
- Client Communication & Support: Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide clear, detailed information about MICE offerings and services.
- Event Coordination & Issue Handling: Manage changes, challenges, and last-minute requirements during planning and execution to ensure smooth delivery.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Liaise with hotels, transport providers, event vendors,



and destination partners to ensure seamless service execution.
- Sales & Business Development Support: Support sales efforts by creating proposals, presentations, and pricing for MICE events, and assist in promoting MICE services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients and support new client acquisition through referrals and networking.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably in MICE, corporate travel, or event management roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of MICE destinations, venues, and current industry trends.
- Ability to design engaging and innovative MICE programs.
- Strong customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of travel booking systems, event planning tools, and MS Office.
