? WE’RE HIRING — META ADS EXPERT

Cineverse AI is looking for a Meta Ads Expert who can take ownership of paid campaigns and help us scale our clients’ businesses through performance marketing.

What You’ll Do

- Plan, launch & manage Meta Ads campaigns
- Create and optimize campaigns across Facebook & Instagram
- Handle audience research, targeting, retargeting & lookalike audiences
- Monitor CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, ROAS & conversions
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for better results
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences and ad copies
- Build performance reports and share actionable insights
- Work closely with our creative & video production team to develop high-performing ad creatives

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Manager




- Strong understanding of performance marketing & conversion funnels
- Experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns
- Data-driven approach with robust analytical skills
- Ability to identify what’s working and scale winning campaigns
- Good understanding of ad creatives and copy
- Previous agency experience is a plus
