Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support GE Vernova (GE Digital) Plant Applications modules such as Production, Quality, Efficiency, and SPC.

- Gather requirements and implement MES solutions for manufacturing operations.

- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs (OEE, Downtime, Throughput).

- Integrate MES with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and SCADA/PLC systems.

- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.

- Collaborate with plant, quality, and IT teams.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in GE Plant Applications (Plant Apps).

- Solid understanding of MES, manufacturing processes, OEE, and shop-floor operations.

- Experience with SQL, Oracle/SQL Server, and reporting tools.

- Knowledge of ERP-MES integrations and industrial systems (SCADA/PLC).

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- Exposure to OPC, Proficy Historian, PI Historian.

- Knowledge of Industry 4.0, IIoT, or cloud-based MES solutions.
