Looking for Merchandising Manager (PD to Production)- Home Textiles with 16 to 22yrs of relevant experience for Buying House, Gurgaon, Haryana.

Key Requirements:

- Robust experience in Textile Merchandising, Sourcing & Product Development.
- Experience with US/Global Discount Retailers, Buying Houses, or Sourcing Offices is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in Product Development, Vendor Management, Costing, Production, Quality & Order Execution.
- Excellent understanding of US discount retail business, products and pricing.
- Strong commercial acumen with a good eye for product, design and trends.
- Proven experience in team handling and leadership; 58 years of team management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Fashion, MBA or related field.
