Role Description The Merchandiser at Rugs Inc will manage product assortments, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure timely availability of rugs and carpets.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, planning product displays, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and preparing product presentations for buyers. The role also involves collaborating with marketing to support promotions, responding to customer and retailer feedback, and tracking competitor trends to optimize product offerings. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Noida, requiring regular interaction with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, address feedback, and support retail partners.
- Sales and Retail experience to understand store operations, buyer needs, and product performance.
- Marketing skills to support merchandising campaigns, promotions, and product positioning.
- Ability to analyze sales data, trends, and inventory reports to make informed merchandising decisions.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple product lines and timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and related tools for reporting and planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion/Interior Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in home décor, textiles, or flooring products is an advantage.
