Hiring: Merchandiser – Innerwear |

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Experience:* 4–6 Years

CTC:* ₹7–10 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser – Innerwear with robust exposure to apparel merchandising, product development, vendor coordination, costing, and merchandise planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end merchandising for innerwear categories
- Develop product ranges based on market trends and customer requirements
- Coordinate with design, sourcing, production, quality & vendors
- Manage T&A; calendars, sampling, approvals & production follow-ups
- Handle costing, negotiations & margin analysis
- Monitor inventory, sell-through & replenishment
- Conduct market & competitor analysis
- Track POs and ensure timely execution
- Address quality, production & delivery-related issues

What We’re Looking For

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion, Apparel, Textile, Merchandising or related field




- NIFT pass-outs preferred
- 4–8 years of relevant apparel/retail merchandising experience
- Hands-on experience in Innerwear merchandising
- Good knowledge of fabric, trims, fit, construction, sizing & garment manufacturing
- Experience in vendor management, costing, product development & production follow-up
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation & coordination skills
