We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Panipat. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the field, with expertise in Home Furnishing.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective merchandise plans to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Home Furnishing industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform merchandise decisions.
- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
Job Requirements :
- Proven experience in Retail Merchandising, Merchandise Planning, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Customer Support, Customer Relationship, and Customer Management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Sampling and Merchandising techniques.
