Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Panipat. The Merchandiser will plan, select, and manage product assortments for various sales channels, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer preferences.

Responsibilities include coordinating with production and design teams, tracking inventory levels, and maintaining optimal stock for retail partners, online platforms, and export clients. The role involves preparing product presentations, collecting and analyzing sales and customer feedback,



and supporting promotions and visual merchandising initiatives to drive product visibility and revenue. The Merchandiser will also collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all markets.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with internal teams, buyers, and business partners.
- Sales and Retail experience, with the ability to understand consumer behavior and optimize product assortments.
- Marketing knowledge to support promotional activities, product positioning, and brand visibility across channels.
- Analytical abilities, including basic data analysis and reporting skills to interpret sales trends and inventory performance.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing product catalogs, samples, and documentation.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools); familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Prior experience in merchandising, textiles, or home furnishings is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion/Textile Design, or a related field is beneficial.
