Buyer

Communication &

- Order Handling

- Communicate with buyers regarding styles, specifications, quantities, prices, delivery dates, and order requirements.

- Receive and review purchase orders, tech packs, specifications, and buyer instructions.

- Clarify buyer queries with the concerned departments.

- Maintain proper records of buyer communication and approvals.

- Follow up for pending buyer approvals and comments.

B. Costing &

- Order Confirmation

- Prepare garment costing based on fabric, trims, accessories, washing, printing, embroidery, labour, overheads, and other costs.

- Coordinate with the costing and production teams to ensure accurate costing.

- Negotiate pricing and other commercial requirements with buyers, where authorized.

- Check order quantities, FOB prices, delivery dates, and shipment terms before order confirmation.

C. Sampling &

- Development

- Coordinate development of:

- Proto samples

- Fit samples

- Size-set samples

- Pre-production samples

- Sales/Photo samples

- Shipment samples

- Follow up with pattern, sampling, CAD, fabric, trims, and production teams.

- Ensure samples are prepared and submitted within the agreed timeline.





- Track buyer comments and ensure corrections are incorporated.

D. Fabric, Trims &

- Accessories Follow-Up

- Coordinate fabric booking and follow-up with the fabric team.

- Monitor fabric quality, colour, GSM, composition, and required quantity.

- Follow up on trims and accessories such as labels, buttons, zippers, threads, tapes, packaging materials, etc.

- Ensure all materials are available before production starts.

- Identify material delays and escalate them immediately.

Shipment Follow-Up

- Coordinate with PPC, production, finishing, packing, stores, commercial, and logistics teams for shipment readiness.

- Monitor shipment deadlines and ex-factory dates.

- Coordinate with the commercial/logistics team regarding booking and shipping documents.

- Ensure the correct quantity, packing details, carton markings, and shipping requirements are followed.

- Immediately escalate any risk of shipment delay.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
