Key Responsibilities

- Conduct free career mentorship sessions for students.
- Review the student's career information collected by the Telecalling Team.
- Understand the student's:
- Educational background
- Career goals
- Interests
- Skills
- Strengths
- Challenges
- Desired job roles
- Evaluate the student's proposed career plan.
- Help the student identify realistic career pathways.
- Explain relevant job opportunities and industry expectations.
- Identify skill gaps between the student's current profile and career goal.
- Recommend practical steps for career development.
- Create a basic Career Action Plan / Roadmap for the student.
- Explain relevant skills, certifications, projects, experience, and learning requirements.
- Share industry insights and practical career experiences.
- Conduct one-to-one or group mentorship sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback to students.
- Maintain basic records/reports of mentorship sessions.
- Communicate important student requirements to the internal team.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Counselling Team when students require further information about relevant learning programs.

The mentor's primary responsibility is to provide genuine career guidance and clarity.



If the student's career plan indicates a requirement for structured learning or professional training, the relevant internal team can subsequently provide information about available programs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
