• Revenue Growth: Leverage the membership programme to increase jewellery sales and improve customer lifetime value (CLV). Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through the membership programme. 4.Customer Engagement &

Experience: Build and maintain high customer engagement through exclusive offers, rewards,



and personalised services for members. Gather and act on customer feedback to enhance the membership experience. 5.Financial Management &

• ROI: Manage the budget for the membership programme, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals. Measure the return on investment (ROI) of the programme. 6.Team Leadership &

• Collaboration: Lead a small team responsible for executing the membership programme. Work cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and finance teams to ensure alignment.
