Key Responsibilities

- Review and summarize medical records based on client requirements.
- Prepare accurate and concise medical summaries as per client specifications.
- Review and understand medical terminology, diagnoses, treatment details, and medical history.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work while maintaining high accuracy and quality.
- Follow client-specific guidelines and process requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling medical information.
- Work effectively with team members and maintain professional communication.

Educational Qualification

Graduates in Life Sciences, Medical or Allied Health Sciences, such as:

- B.Sc. Biotechnology
- B.Sc. Microbiology
- B.Sc. Zoology
- B.Sc. Biochemistry
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- BPT
- Other relevant medical or life science disciplines

Skills Required




- Good knowledge of medical terminology and disease processes.
- Ability to read and understand medical records.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and PDF readers.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet defined timelines and quality standards.

Experience
- Freshers: Life Science / Medical graduates with relevant academic knowledge.
- Experienced: 1–3 years of experience in medical summarization, medical record review, medical transcription, medical coding, healthcare BPO, or related processes.
