Job Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, clinics and hospitals daily to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Meet doctors regularly and communicate about Molecular Diagnostics And Therapy’s diagnostic services.
- Generate patient referrals through effective doctor relationship management.
- Follow up with doctors regarding patient referrals and service requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of doctors and healthcare professionals in Gwalior.
- Promote PET-CT, Nuclear Medicine, Radiology, Pathology and other diagnostic services.
- Maintain daily visit records and submit regular activity reports.
- Track referrals and coordinate with the center team for smooth patient handling.
- Identify new doctors and referral opportunities to expand the center’s reach.




- Achieve assigned monthly referral and business targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; healthcare/medical background preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in medical representative, healthcare marketing or doctor referral marketing.
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of the local Gwalior healthcare/doctor network will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and make daily doctor visits.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
