Role Description The Medical Revenue Cycle Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing end-to-end revenue cycle activities, including reviewing clinical documentation, verifying patient and billing information, and preparing accurate charge entries. The associate will handle payment posting, follow up on accounts receivable, and resolve denials or discrepancies in coordination with the U.S. client.

Daily tasks include working with electronic health record and billing systems, maintaining up-to-date records, meeting turnaround times, and adhering to compliance and privacy guidelines.



The role requires close collaboration with team members, clear communication with stakeholders, and consistent attention to detail to support timely and accurate reimbursements.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of medical billing and revenue cycle processes, including charge posting, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up.
- Ability to understand and work with clinical documentation, basic medical terminology, and standard healthcare coding and billing practices.
- Proficiency with computer applications and practice management or billing software; comfort working with spreadsheets and electronic records.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record maintenance.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work with U.S.-based clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, manage deadlines, and perform efficiently in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Relevant education in commerce, healthcare administration, or a related field; prior experience in medical billing or revenue cycle is an advantage.
