About the Role

Phoenix Assurance is looking for a agile L&D; Manager to design, implement, and oversee training programs for our Medical Doctors, Field Staff, and Office Team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building learning modules, improving inter-departmental coordination, and driving quality and performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

- Design and implement comprehensive training programs (general & department-specific)
- Create and maintain training materials and resources
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops

Departmental Coordination

- Establish communication protocols across departments
- Facilitate inter-departmental collaboration
- Organize regular coordination meetings

Learning Module Development

- Develop interactive learning materials with practical case scenarios
- Create assessment tools and methodologies
- Implement periodic quizzes and reward programmes

Brand & Business Enhancement





- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Support business development through training excellence
- Implement best practices in training delivery

Analytics & Reporting

- Support the analytics, recruitment & quality wing in publishing accurate MIS & dashboards
- Generate training effectiveness reports
- Provide data-driven insights

Quality Assurance

- Validate grading of evidence & TAT from closures
- Monitor training quality standards
- Implement quality control measures

Performance Management

- Review performance of desk & field teams
- Provide guidance and improvement plans
- Track performance metrics and outcomes

Additional Responsibilities

- Support special projects as assigned by management
- Maintain up-to-date professional and industry knowledge

Who Can Apply? ✅ BDS / MDS qualified

✅ Prior experience in training, L&D;, or medical education preferred

✅ Strong communication and facilitation skills

✅ Comfortable working with medical/field/office teams

✅ Analytical mindset with reporting/MIS exposure

Candidate must be ready to travel across india for training
