If you're someone who enjoys being on set more than just watching content online, this might be for you. As a production intern at Confluencr, you'll work closely with our in-house production team to bring digital-first content to life - from planning to shoot execution

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Assist in planning and execution of shoots for brand and creator content
- Support on-ground production activities including set preparation and coordination
- Handle and manage production equipment (camera, lights, audio gear, etc.)
- Ensure all equipment is accounted for, maintained, and ready for use
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, talent, and operations) for shoot requirements
- Help in managing shoot logistics - locations, props, schedules, and permissions




- Be actively involved during shoots to ensure smooth execution
- Assist in basic production documentation and inventory tracking
