About the Role

We are looking for a Media Sales Consultant to develop the Kolhapur Market.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying local businesses, meeting business owners and marketing decision-makers, understanding their marketing requirements, and converting them into advertising clients.

This is a field-oriented B2B sales role and is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, networking and generating business.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads from Kolhapur nearby markets.

Identify businesses that can benefit from cinema advertising.

Meet business owners, Marketing Heads, Directors and decision-makers.

Pitch AdBajao's Advertising solutions.

Understand client objectives, target audience and advertising budgets.

Prepare and present customized campaign proposals.

Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.





Build and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers.

Develop business through references, networking, cold calling, field visits and local market research.

Coordinate with the internal team for campaign planning, quotations and execution.

Maintain sales pipeline and regular follow-ups.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a self-driven sales professional who knows how to find opportunities, meet decision-makers, pitch confidently and close business.

1–3 years of experience in Sales / Advertising / Media / B2B Sales preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication and strong sales aptitude can also apply.

Good communication skills in Marathi, English and Hindi.

Knowledge of Kolhapur local business market will be an advantage.

Confident in meeting and communicating with business owners.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Comfortable with field sales and local travel.

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, Excel/Google Sheets.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
