Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance activities and monitor machine operations across the production line.
- Lead and guide technicians and operators during regular shifts.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and fix minor mechanical issues and breakdowns.
- Ensure plant utilities and mechanical equipment remain in good working condition.
- Maintain basic daily work logs, maintenance records, and report to management.
- Enforce workplace safety protocols and cleanroom hygiene standards.
- Technical education in a relevant field (ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical).
- Working knowledge of industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
- Basic supervisory and team-handling capabilities.
- Practical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
