Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical Engineer role based in Pune City.

The Mechanical

Engineer will design and develop mechanical components and machinery, using CAD tools to produce detailed models and drawings.

Responsibilities include performing calculations and simulations, supporting R&D; activities, preparing technical documentation, and coordinating with production and maintenance teams to ensure reliable equipment performance. The role involves participating in project planning, monitoring progress, troubleshooting mechanical issues,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements in design, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, with the ability to apply core principles to industrial machinery and equipment.
- Skills in Machine Design and mechanical component selection to develop robust and efficient systems.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 2D/3D modeling, detailing, and design revisions.
- Experience or interest in Research and Development (R&D;), including testing, analysis, and continuous improvement of mechanical designs.
- Project Management skills to plan tasks, track timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and support successful project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Ability to read technical drawings, use basic engineering software, and follow industry standards and safety practices.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities, with a hands-on approach to working in industrial environments.
