We are looking for an experienced and skilled Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance, plant operations, or manufacturing.

- Handle preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain equipment such as pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance planning.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments for smooth plant operations.

*Maintain maintenance records, daily reports, and equipment history.
- Manage critical spare parts and coordinate with vendors.
- Support installation, commissioning, modification & upgrading of machinery.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring breakdowns.
- Supervise technicians, contractors, and maintenance staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, 5S & TPM practices.




- Identify opportunities for improving equipment efficiency and reducing downtime.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance & troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of MS Office and maintenance documentation
- Good communication and team-management skills
