We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented MDM Intern to join our IT team. The intern will assist the MDM team with day-to-day device management, application setup, troubleshooting, documentation, and inventory-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with device enrollment and initial device setup.

- Install, configure, and update required applications on company-managed devices.

- Check device status, connectivity, compliance, and basic configuration.

- Identify and troubleshoot basic MDM and device-related issues under the guidance of the MDM Associate.

- Maintain and update device records, inventory details, and Excel sheets.

- Assist with device audits, inventory verification, and documentation.

- Support testing of applications, device configurations, and MDM policies.

- Assist with device preparation, quality checks, and deployment activities.

- Maintain accurate records of device assignments, configurations, and status.

- Support the MDM team with routine administrative and operational tasks.





- Follow IT security policies and standard operating procedures.

- Perform other MDM-related tasks as assigned by the team.

Requirements

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of computers, Android devices, and mobile applications.

- Basic understanding of Excel or Google Sheets.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to learn recent tools and technologies quickly.

- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM).

- Familiarity with Android devices and device settings.

- Basic knowledge of IT support/helpdesk processes.

- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets.

- Basic understanding of applications, device policies, and configurations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
