We are seeking an experienced MDM Engineer with solid expertise in Warehouse Android Device Engineering, Microsoft Intune, and Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM/MDM). The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of IT experience with extensive hands-on experience in managing, securing, and supporting large-scale Android device deployments within warehouse and enterprise environments.

Must Have

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in MDM/UEM platforms, preferably Microsoft Intune.
- Strong experience with Android Enterprise and warehouse mobility solutions.
- Expertise in device provisioning, kiosk mode, application packaging, and remote troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of Azure AD, Conditional Access, and Endpoint Security.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise device environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Design, implement, and support enterprise mobility solutions using Microsoft Intune.
- Manage and engineer Warehouse Android devices including Zebra, Honeywell,



and other rugged handheld devices.
- Configure and manage Android Enterprise enrollment methods such as Fully Managed, Dedicated, and Corporate-Owned devices.
- Deploy applications, security policies, compliance policies, and device configurations through Intune.
- Troubleshoot complex L3 issues related to device enrollment, application deployment, connectivity, and policy compliance.
- Integrate Intune with Azure AD (Entra ID) and other enterprise systems.
- Perform OS upgrades, device lifecycle management, and security patch management.
- Monitor device health, compliance status, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams for enterprise mobility projects.
- Create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
