Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated MBA Fresher to join our Sales & Marketing team as an Intern. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in Sales, Business Development, Client Communication, and Digital Marketing and should be willing to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Sales & Business Development team in identifying and researching potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential leads.
- Generate and maintain leads through online research, LinkedIn, email, and other business platforms.
- Assist in preparing and sending qualified emails and sales communications.
- Support the team in client follow-ups and maintaining regular communication with prospects.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team when required.
- Maintain and update lead and client information in CRM/Excel.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and business proposals.
- Support marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
- Track market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and marketing activities.

Required Skills




- MBA/MBA pursuing candidate with specialization in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- Strong interest in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Good internet research and lead-generation skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking platforms is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Educational Qualification
- MBA / PGDM – Sales & Marketing
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with internship, academic project, or practical exposure in Sales & Marketing will be preferred.
