We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maths faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing students for competitive exams like JEE and NEET. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the syllabus, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to motivate and guide students towards achieving their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Development: Design and implement a comprehensive curriculum tailored for JEE and NEET Maths preparation, ensuring alignment with the latest exam patterns and syllabus.
- Classroom Instruction: Deliver engaging and effective classroom sessions, focusing on conceptual clarity and problem-solving techniques. Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Student Assessment: Develop and administer regular tests and assessments to monitor student progress. Provide detailed feedback to students to help them improve their performance.
- Doubt Clearing: Conduct doubt-clearing sessions for students to address specific issues and ensure they have a thorough understanding of the concepts.
- Mentoring: Offer academic counseling and mentoring to students, helping them develop effective study plans, manage stress, and stay motivated throughout their preparation journey.
- Resource Development:



Create and update study materials, practice problems, and mock tests that are in line with the current examination standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other faculty members and the academic team to continuously improve the quality of education and stay updated with changes in the examination patterns.
- Parent Interaction: Communicate regularly with parents to update them on their child's progress and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Professional Development: Stay current with the latest developments in the field of Mathematics and competitive exam preparation through continuous learning and professional development.
