About Cityplots

Cityplots is a growing real estate company focused on plotted developments and land investments. We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Marketing Head to lead our marketing strategy, strengthen the Cityplots brand, and build a consistent flow of qualified leads for our sales team.

Role Overview The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy across digital, performance marketing, social media, branding, content, events, and offline marketing .

The person will work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to ensure marketing campaigns generate quality leads and contribute directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy

- Develop and execute the annual and monthly marketing strategy for Cityplots.
- Build marketing plans for new project launches, campaigns, offers, and sales initiatives.
- Identify target customer segments and develop relevant marketing campaigns.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

2. Digital & Performance Marketing

- Lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, social media, and other digital platforms .
- Own lead generation, CPL, lead quality, conversion, and marketing ROI.
- Work with agencies and internal teams to optimize campaigns and budgets.
- Develop effective lead-generation funnels and landing pages.

3. Brand & Content

- Strengthen the Cityplots brand across digital and offline channels.
- Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, creatives, videos, brochures, presentations, and project marketing materials.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and communication across all projects.

4. Project Marketing





- Develop project-specific marketing strategies for plotted development launches.
- Plan launch campaigns, promotions, digital campaigns, outdoor advertising, events, and customer engagement activities.
- Work with the sales team to understand project-level requirements and create campaigns accordingly.

5. Lead Generation & Sales Support

- Work closely with the Sales Head to achieve lead-generation and revenue objectives.
- Monitor the complete marketing-to-sales funnel.
- Analyze lead quality and identify reasons for lead drop-offs.
- Continuously improve marketing campaigns based on sales conversion data.

6. Team & Agency Management

- Lead and manage the marketing team, creative partners, digital agencies, and vendors.
- Set KPIs and performance targets for the marketing team.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.

7. Analytics & Reporting

- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Track key metrics including:
- Leads generated
- Cost per lead
- Qualified leads
- Site visits
- Conversion rate
- Customer acquisition cost
- Marketing ROI
- Present insights and recommendations to the management team.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing , preferably in Real Estate / Plotted Development / Property Sales .
- Strong experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, CRM and analytics tools .
- Strong understanding of real estate customer acquisition and sales funnels.
- Experience managing marketing agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and budget-management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in real estate developers, plotted development companies, property marketing agencies, or high-volume lead-generation businesses will be preferred.
