We are seeking an energetic Marketing and Social Media Expert to lead parent outreach, brand positioning, and digital lead generation for our school in Gurugram. This role focuses on converting local brand awareness into admissions through targeted social media campaigns, community engagement, and digital ads.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Plan and execute content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create energetic Reels, event highlights, and parent testimonials.

- Lead Generation & Performance Marketing: Design and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Search Ads targeted at working parents in Gurugram.

Track

Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) and conversion to admissions.

- Content Creation & Storytelling: Capture photos/videos of campus activities, workshops, sports, and academic achievements. Write compelling captions aligned with school values.

- Community & PR Outreach: Build partnerships with local Gurugram residential societies (RWA), corporate hubs, and parenting groups.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
