Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand identity, build customer loyalty, and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Plan, deliver and measure 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, print and experiential channels.
- Manage agency partners and production vendors to ensure timely,



cost-effective delivery of high quality marketing materials and assets.
- Manage and execute social media strategy and content pipeline to drive organic reach and brand engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders, external vendors and agency partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, collateral and events.
- Conceptualize and plan site activations and events tailored to commercial and residential properties in line with site objectives.
- Manage marketing and event budgets and track ROI through regular post-campaign and post-event performance reporting.
