About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to drive marketing activities for our JCB Construction Equipment dealership.

The role will be primarily Offline Marketing (80%), focused on market activation, customer engagement, field activities, demonstrations, dealer events, lead generation and brand visibility. The remaining 20% Online Marketing will focus on digital campaigns, social media, lead generation and online brand communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Offline Marketing– 80%

- Develop and execute territory-wise marketing plans for JCB Construction Equipment.
- Plan and conduct customer meets, product demonstrations, roadshows, exhibitions and promotional events.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service and Parts teams for joint customer engagement activities.
- Generate qualified leads through field marketing activities and local market activation.
- Plan local branding activities including hoardings, banners, signage, kiosks, dealer branding and promotional campaigns
- Support sales teams in organizing customer visits, machine demonstrations and product launches.




- Monitor the effectiveness and ROI of offline marketing campaigns.
- Prepare monthly marketing calendars, budgets and activity reports.

Online Marketing -20%

- Manage dealership-level digital marketing activities and social media presence.
- Plan and execute campaigns through platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp Business.
- Create and coordinate content related to JCB machines, product demonstrations, customer deliveries, events and dealership activities.

Role Requires:

- Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in: Construction Equipment, Earthmoving Equipment, Automobile / Commercial Vehicles, Mining Equipment, Industrial Equipment
- Solid field marketing and customer engagement skills.
- Strong coordination skills with Sales, Service and management teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
