Hiring: Marketing Manager | IT / SaaS / Compliance

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with strong hands-on execution capabilities, team management experience, and global exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute marketing strategy across content, design, SEO, email, webinars, events, and performance marketing.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure aligned, timely, and high-quality execution.
- Oversee website content, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and other marketing collaterals.
- Manage and monitor SEO, email, webinars, events, and paid campaigns.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and engagement.
- Track performance, identify gaps, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute recent marketing ideas.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Act as the bridge between management strategy and execution by converting plans into actionable tasks.
- Take complete ownership of marketing deliverables and step in hands-on when required.
- Ensure deadlines, accountability, and outcome-driven execution.
- Review, guide, and improve the output of the marketing team.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
- Candidates from IT / SaaS / Compliance industries only.
- In-house marketing experience preferred.




- Candidates with prior marketing agency experience will not be considered.
- Must have held a Manager-level position with team-handling responsibilities.
- Candidates with only Executive, Associate, Specialist, or Coordinator-level designations will not be considered.
- Proven experience managing a team and/or coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Global/international marketing experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content, SEO, email marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing.
- Execution-focused and ownership-driven approach.
- Robust data-driven thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to review, improve, and guide team output.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Ideal Candidate A Marketing Manager from an IT, SaaS, or Compliance company who has:

- Managed a team and demonstrated leadership in a rapid-paced environment,
- Worked across multiple marketing channels — including content, SEO, email, webinars, events, and performance marketing,
- Handled international or global markets with cultural and regional sensitivity,
- Owned marketing initiatives from strategy development to execution and optimization,
- Delivered measurable results through data-informed decision-making and agile campaign management.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
