Role Description The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote Design Ekatrit’s services and strengthen its brand across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day tasks include planning and managing campaigns, overseeing social media and content initiatives, coordinating with the design and production teams, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts. The role also involves managing client-facing communications, supporting business development, organizing events or promotions, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket, requiring close collaboration with the studio team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning.




- Experience with digital marketing tools, social media management, and content marketing.
- Ability to interpret analytics, track key performance indicators, and use data to refine marketing activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and client communication.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with creative teams and understand design-driven workflows.
- Organizational and project management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, and multiple initiatives.
- Previous experience in a design, creative, or agency environment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

We are a studio, not a corporate. You will not have a large team under you on day one. You will have real ownership and you will see the effect of your decisions within weeks instead of quarters.
