Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Vijayawada.

The Marketing

Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Access Events’ services, strengthen brand visibility, and support business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing marketing campaigns, coordinating digital and offline marketing activities, and creating compelling marketing content for multiple channels. The role will also involve analyzing campaign performance, managing social media presence,



collaborating with sales and event teams, and maintaining consistent brand messaging.

The Marketing

Manager will work closely with leadership to identify market opportunities, manage budgets, and support client acquisition and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management.
- Candidates should possess skills in digital marketing, social media management, and content marketing.
- Candidates should possess skills in marketing communications, copywriting, and basic design coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in data analysis, reporting, and use of marketing analytics tools.
- Candidates should possess strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with sales and event operations teams.
- Relevant experience in event management, hospitality, media, or a related service industry is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Comfort with on-site work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to occasionally support major events and client meetings.
