Marketing Intern

Location: Pune, Maharashtra On-site

Reports To: Sagar, Head of Growth - Uptiq Premier Mortgage (UPM)

About the Role

This internship is designed for an MBA student or recent MBA graduate who wants hands on exposure to growth and marketing inside UPTIQ Premier Mortgage. The intern will work directly with the growth team on live campaigns, market research, email marketing, webinars, lead-generation initiatives, messaging, reporting, and marketing experiments.

What You'll Own

- Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, webinars, digital channels, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research and turn findings into clear recommendations.
- Help track campaign performance in Excel/Google Sheets and summarize key learnings, funnel metrics, and next steps.
- Assist with campaign messaging, email copy, landing-page ideas, webinar promotion, and creative briefs in coordination with content/design.
- Learn how marketing works in a regulated US financial-services environment and follow approved processes and messaging.
- Support weekly reporting, campaign reviews, new growth experiments, and follow-up actions from the growth team.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and move them from idea to execution with minimal hand-holding.

What You Need
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA, preferably with a specialization or strong interest in Marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, customer behavior, digital marketing, and basic funnel concepts.
- Good communication, writing, research, and presentation skills.




- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, presentations, online research, and learning new marketing tools.
- Smart, curious, resourceful, and able to understand a problem before jumping into execution.
- Available to work on-site in Pune, Maharashtra for the full 3-month internship.

Nice to Have
- Previous internship, campus project, or live project in digital marketing, research, content, growth, or lead generation.
- Exposure to CRM, email marketing, social media, paid ads, analytics, or webinar tools.
- Interest in fintech, lending, financial services, or US-market marketing.
- Evidence of taking initiative student clubs, case competitions, side projects, startup work, or independently run campaigns are a plus.
