Marketing & Lead Generation Manager – IT

About the Role :

We are looking for a result-oriented Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to drive B2B lead generation, client communication, marketing activities, and business growth. The ideal candidate should be confident in client handling, relationship management, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify target companies, prospects, decision-makers, and new business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Handle client communication, meetings and relationship management.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable solutions.
- Manage leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales pipeline through CRM.
- Plan and execute marketing and lead-generation activities to generate qualified business opportunities.




- Lead and coordinate the marketing and lead-generation team.

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Lead Generation or Business Development
- Strong client communication, client handling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, marketing activities, and team handling.
- Positive prospecting, follow-up, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, confident, and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
