Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute 360 marketing strategies across digital, offline, branding, and performance channels.

- Drive client acquisition and retention initiatives for Forex/CFD products.

- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and X (Twitter) Ads to maximize ROI.

- Lead social media growth initiatives across Telegram, X, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

- Build and manage influencer marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships with KOLs within the trading ecosystem.

- Develop and oversee Affiliate and Introducing Broker (IB) programs, referral networks, and partner relationships.

- Plan and represent the organization at forex expos, PR events, webinars, and industry conferences.

- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.

- Monitor key performance metrics including CAC, CPL, FTD, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights for optimization.

- Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and external vendors effectively.

Requirements

- 3-6 years of experience in Forex/CFD brokerage marketing.

- Robust understanding of Forex/CFD trading products, trader behavior, and regional market dynamics.

- Proven experience in performance marketing with hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and X Ads.

- Experience managing social media growth, community engagement, and influencer marketing campaigns.

- Hands-on experience with Affiliate/IB programs and partnership management.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.

- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and budget ownership.

- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools.

- Comfortable leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI-based marketing solutions to improve efficiency and campaign execution.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
