Role & responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Assist in developing social media posts, captions, reels, stories, and other creative content.
- Support the planning and execution of the monthly social media content calendar.
- Research industry trends, relevant topics, and competitor activities to generate content ideas.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information, updates, photographs, and success stories for content creation.
- Assist in managing social media pages and scheduling posts.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, employee engagement initiatives, and employer-branding activities.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the company's brand tone and communication guidelines.
