Role & Responsibilities:

- Build and run the marketing strategy for a pre-launch global career platform from positioning through to execution.

- Manage the brand identity, tone of voice and messaging for a global tech audience.

- Plan and run multi-channel B2C campaigns across digital ads, brand, PR and growth.

- Select, onboard and direct creative agencies, media houses and freelancers as the product grows.

- Set the content and media strategy to drive organic traffic, brand authority and sign-ups.

- Work with leadership and product teams to turn business goals into campaigns.

- Define the marketing KPIs, track them, and use the data to refine campaigns and spend.

Preferred:

- 6+ years in marketing, with hands-on experience planning and running B2C strategy and paid ad campaigns.

- A track record of selecting, onboarding and directing external creative and media agencies from scratch.





- A portfolio or case studies of past campaigns. Applications without one will NOT be reviewed.

- A good eye for creative ideas, with a clear focus on numbers and ROI.

- Excellent written and spoken English.

- Experience with job portals, career platforms or other digital platforms is a strong plus.

Note:

- Fully remote. You need to be based in India, with your own computer and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.

- Working hours are 6:45 AM to 3:45 PM IST, Monday to Friday,

- You would work with international teams across Asia, and relocation abroad is a possibility depending on performance

- Joining in the first week of November 2026 is preferred, so immediate joiners and short notice periods get priority.
