Job DescriptionThis is a hands-on creation role. You will be the group's in-house designer and content producer, owning all brand, collateral, and digital output end-to-end in Figma, Canva, and Framer.

You will also run digital lead-generation campaigns; the Business Development Executive takes the leads you generate into calls, meetings, and closure.

Principal Responsibilities

- Design and produce pitch decks, brochures, one-pagers, infographics, social creatives, and event materials in Figma and Canva, in line with brand guidelines.
- Maintain and update the group websites in Framer; keep brand assets, templates and design files organised and current.
- Own brand consistency across PCS and TradeAir, which carry separate visual identities.
- Write LinkedIn and email content and customize collateral by client segment.
- Build prospect databases and run LinkedIn/email campaigns; hand qualified leads to BD and report results.
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Bloom, or similar) to research, draft,



and produce faster.

Job Requirements
- Working proficiency in Figma is essential; Canva and Framer (or equivalent website builder) strongly preferred.
- A portfolio of decks, brochures or digital collateral you have designed yourself. Please attach it with your application.
- 1–3 years in design, marketing or financial-services marketing; capital-markets exposure is an advantage.
- Strong written English and a clean, professional visual sense.
- Proficiency in macOS is essential.
