Job Title: Marketing Executive — Wires & Cables , Air conditioners Company: Pareek Electricals Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (field role) Territory: Ratlam, Jaora, Mandsaur, Neemuch and surrounding towns of the Ratlam region Experience: Prior experience in the wires and cables industry is mandatory Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and performance Employment Type: Full time, permanent About the role Pareek Electricals is an Indore-based electrical contracting and supply organisation serving industrial, institutional and trade customers across Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. We are looking for a Marketing Executive to develop and service our wires and cables business across the Ratlam region.

Key responsibilities Develop and grow sales of wires and cables with dealers, distributors, electrical contractors, industrial buyers and project consultants in the assigned territory Identify and appoint new dealers and channel partners, and maintain regular engagement with the existing network Visit customers regularly in Ratlam, Jaora, Mandsaur, Neemuch and nearby towns, and build long-term working relationships Generate enquiries, prepare and follow up quotations, negotiate commercially and close orders Co-ordinate with the head office for pricing, order processing, dispatch and after-sales support Track competitor activity,



prevailing market rates and recent project opportunities in the region, and report them to management Follow up on payments and assist in keeping outstanding within agreed limits Submit daily visit reports and monthly sales plans against agreed targets Candidate requirements Proven experience in sales and marketing of wires and cables; candidates from allied electrical products will be considered only with relevant cable exposure Established contacts among dealers, contractors or industrial buyers in the Ratlam, Mandsaur or Neemuch belt will be a strong advantage Working knowledge of cable sizes, types and standard applications, and the ability to read a basic requirement or BOQ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence Fluency in Hindi; working knowledge of English for correspondence Basic computer skills — email, WhatsApp Business, Excel What we offer Negotiable salary with incentives linked to performance Travel and mobile allowance as per company policy A defined territory with the freedom to build it, and the support of an established organisation How to apply Send your CV to [email protected] or call (phone hidden) .
