Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, orders, pricing, and delivery.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, and Dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare daily/weekly marketing reports and update management.

Requirements:

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/ERP.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Textile/printing industry experience will be an advantage.
