- Manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.

- Create, update, and maintain product listings, titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes.

- Monitor and process online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and dispatch.

- Maintain accurate inventory levels across marketplaces and internal systems.

- Monitor order cancellations, returns, replacements, refunds, and customer issues.

- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

- Monitor marketplace dashboards for orders, sales, inventory, pricing, and account health.

- Track product performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operational reports.





- Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve listing, order, payment, and account-related issues.

- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and product visibility.

- Assist in managing promotions, offers, discounts, and marketplace campaigns.

- Ensure marketplace policies and operational requirements are followed.

- Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and sales.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
