Tradepass Academy — Tradepass's executive-training vertical — is building a credible training brand for corporate decision-makers, HR, L&D; and business leaders across MEA, ASEAN & APAC. We're looking for a marketing executive who can drive demand generation and qualified lead generation end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute Tradepass Academy's marketing strategy across MEA/ASEAN/APAC
- Develop positioning & messaging for corporate HR/L&D;/business leaders
- Create content — course pages, LinkedIn content, email campaigns, case studies, thought-leadership, webinars
- Run targeted digital campaigns by industry, geography, job title & seniority
- Leverage Tradepass's existing event ecosystem (delegates, speakers, sponsors) to generate Academy demand
- Support Sales with marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and ABM
- Track campaign performance, lead quality, CAC and conversion
- Continuously optimize the website/course pages

What we're looking for:
- 2–4 years of B2B demand generation / digital marketing experience




- Comfortable handling both content and campaigns
- Data-driven approach — understands CAC, MQL, conversion metrics
- Experience writing messaging for corporate/B2B audiences preferred
