Job Summary:

CADFEM India is looking for a creative and technically inclined Marketing Content Writer to develop engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content across digital and marketing channels.

The ideal candidate should have excellent writing and editing skills, strong research capabilities, and the ability to understand and simplify technical concepts for different audiences. The role will work closely with Marketing, Application Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create content that supports brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

o Research industry and technology topics to develop original and relevant content.

o Create content for blogs, articles, websites, social media, product/service descriptions, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.

o Work with technical SMEs to understand Ansys and engineering concepts and convert them into easy-to-understand content.

o Develop compelling headlines, website copy, campaign content, emailers, and social media content.

o Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve website traffic and visibility.

o Identify content gaps based on customer needs, industry trends, and business priorities.

o Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, consistency, and readability.

o Support marketing activities including webinars, events, digital campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives.

o Repurpose existing technical content into blogs, social media posts, newsletters, presentations, and other formats.





o Maintain content/style guidelines and ensure consistency with CADFEM's brand and messaging.

o Stay updated on developments related to Ansys, engineering simulation, digital engineering, and relevant industries.

o Manage multiple content projects and deliver them within agreed timelines.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master's is an added advantage.

Experience:

o 2–5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, technical content writing, or B2B content marketing.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong command of English.

o Strong research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

o Valuable understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.

o Experience creating content for websites, blogs, social media, and digital campaigns.

o Ability to understand and simplify technical concepts for different audiences.

o Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

o Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

o Candidates should provide a writing portfolio / published content samples.

Good to Have:

o Experience in technical, engineering, technology, SaaS, or B2B content.

o Exposure to Ansys, CAE, CAD, simulation, or engineering software.

o Familiarity with WordPress/CMS and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

o Basic knowledge of AI-assisted content creation tools.
