? We’re Hiring | Marketing & Business Development Executive – Marine SaaS

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing team in the Marine & Maritime SaaS industry.

? Experience: 1+ year in Marketing / Business Development

? Industry: Marine / Maritime / Shipping / SaaS

? Employment: Full-time/Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute B2B marketing activities for our SaaS-based marine solutions





• The candidate will be responsible for the complete business development cycle — from identifying prospects and generating leads to conducting product discussions, negotiating commercials, and successfully closing contracts.

- Participate in maritime exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle commercial discussions and negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
- Successfully negotiate and close contracts with current clients.
- Represent the company at maritime exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and networking events.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 1+ year of relevant experience in Marketing / Business Development

✅ Experience in Marine, Shipping, Maritime SaaS, or B2B technology will be an advantage

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Strong follow-up, coordination, and research skills

✅ Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn

✅ Should be a go-getter with a strong sales mindset and, most importantly, have the ability to sell,

negotiate, and successfully close deals.

✅ Willingness to travel for maritime exhibitions and client meetings, when required.
