About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, creating engaging content, managing digital channels, conducting market research, and coordinating day-to-day marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in digital marketing, social media, content, branding, and business growth, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support day-to-day management of social media platforms and online marketing channels.
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer trends and new opportunities.
- Support lead generation and promotional activities across relevant channels.
- Assist with basic SEO activities, keyword research, and website content optimization.
- Monitor social media engagement, website traffic, campaign performance, and other marketing metrics.
- Coordinate with the sales, content, and business development teams to support marketing initiatives.
- Assist in preparing marketing presentations, reports, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and organize marketing databases, campaign records, and contact lists.
- Help coordinate online and offline promotional activities when required.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, social media updates, and emerging marketing practices.




- Maintain accurate daily task and marketing activity reports.
- Support the marketing team with other day-to-day activities and projects as required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of basic marketing and digital marketing concepts.
- Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and social media.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Canva, SEO, social media tools, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing tools will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team.
- Comfortable working in a night-shift, work-from-office environment.
