Marketing Specialist / Manager – AI-Driven Marke&ng;

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly hands-on Marke&ng; Manager with strong AI capabili&es; who can independently manage and execute the company’s marke:ng func:on using AI tools,

automa:on, and AI agents.The ideal candidate should be capable of building and deploying

AI assistants/agents for Design, SEO, Social Media Marke&ng; (SMM), Content Crea&on;,

Campaign Management, and Marke&ng; Opera&ons.; This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine tradi:onal marketing expertise with modern AI workflows to deliver measurable results with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the company’s complete marke:ng func:on independently from strategy to execution.
- Develop and implement AI-driven marke:ng strategies aligned with business and growth objectives.
- Build and manage AI assistants/agents for design, SEO, SMM, content, research,

analytics, and campaign execution.
- Use AI to automate repetitive marketing activities, content workflows, reporting,

research, and campaign processes.
- Develop AI-powered content strategies for websites, blogs, social media, campaigns,

newsleKers, and other channels.
- Manage SEO activities, including keyword research, content op:miza:on, on-page

SEO, technical SEO coordination, and organic growth.
- Manage Social Media Marke&ng; (SMM) across relevant plaMorms, including content planning, crea:on, publishing, engagement, and performance tracking.
- Use AI tools for creative design, marke:ng crea:ves, presenta:ons, social media assets, and campaign materials.
- Plan and execute digital and organic marke:ng campaigns independently.
- Develop content calendars and ensure consistent execu:on across all marke:ng channels.
- Conduct compe:tor, market, audience, and trend research using AI-powered tools.
- Create AI-powered workflows for lead generation, nurturing, content distribu:on,

and marke:ng automa:on.




- Monitor campaign performance and use data/analtics to optimize marketing activities.
- Track key marke:ng metrics such as website traffic, SEO performance, engagement,

leads, conversions, and campaign ROI.
- Experiment with new AI tools and iden:fy opportuni:es to improve marke:ng produc:vity and output.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders while maintaining end-to-end ownership of marketing deliverables.
- Prepare marketing reports, insights, and recommenda:ons for management.

AI & Technology Responsibilities The candidate must be hands-on with AI, not merely familiar with AI concepts.

- Build practical AI agents, assistants, and automated workflows for marke:ng activties.
- Create effec:ve prompts, workflows, and reusable AI systems for different marke:ng functions.
- Use Grok, OpenAI/ChatGPT, and Claude extensively for marke:ng execu:on.
- Integrate mul:ple AI tools into daily marke:ng workflows.
- Develop AI-assisted systems for:

o Content genera:on and op:miza:on o SEO research and execu:on o Social media management o Creative/design genera:on o Competitor research o Marketing analy:cs o Campaign planning o Lead-genera:on workflows o Reporting and documentation
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and implement relevant solutions.

Required Candidate Profile

- 3+ years of experience in marke:ng, preferably with significant hands-on experience in AI-driven marketing.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to execute real marketing activities.
- Hands-on experience building or configuring AI assistants, agents, or automated workflows.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SMM, content marketing, and digital/organic marketing.
- Strong prac:cal knowledge of Grok, OpenAI/ChatGPT, and Claude.
- Ability to independently plan, execute, monitor, and op:mize marke:ng ac:vi:es.
- Strong understanding of marke:ng strategy, campaigns, audience targe:ng, and performance measurement.
- Ability to use AI to increase marke:ng produc:vity and reduce manual execu:on.
- Solid analy:cal, crea:ve, communica:on, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly self-driven and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Candidates with experience in the following will be preferred:

What We Expect

This role is not a conventional Marketing Manager position. We are looking for someone who can function as a hands-on AI Marketing Manager—using AI agents and assistants to independently manage strategy, content, SEO, SMM, design, campaigns, research, and marke:ng operations.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate actual AI workflows/agents they have built or used, rather than only having theoretical knowledge of AI tools.
