Duration: Internship / Training Program( 6 months )

Working Hours: 5 Hours per Day

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sales Interns to join our team on a Work From Home basis. This internship is suitable for candidates who want to gain practical experience in Sales, Recruitment Calling, Job Posting, Email Communication, and Candidate/Client Coordination.

The selected candidates will receive initial training and practical exposure to day-to-day sales and recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make professional calling and follow-up calls with candidates and clients.
- Support the recruitment team with candidate communication and coordination.
- Search and identify potential candidates/leads through different platforms.
- Prepare and publish job postings on relevant job portals and social media platforms.
- Handle basic email communication related to recruitment and sales activities.
- Maintain daily follow-up records and update the team regarding progress.
- Assist in lead generation and sales-related activities.
- Coordinate with the HR/Recruitment team for daily tasks.
- Prepare basic daily work reports and share updates on assigned activities.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates, clients, and team members.

Training & Incentive Structure

Initial Training Period: 2 Weeks





During the first two weeks, interns will receive practical training related to:

- Sales & Business Development
- Recruitment Calling
- Lead Generation
- Job Posting
- Email Communication
- Follow-ups & Client/Candidate Coordination
- Qualified Communication

Training Stipend: 2-week training period.(un paid )

Incentives: Performance-based incentives will be provided based on successful sales/business results and assigned performance parameters.

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers and students can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of email and internet usage.
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
- Willingness to learn sales and recruitment processes.
- Self-motivated and disciplined while working remotely.
- Basic computer/laptop knowledge is required.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
