SENIOR MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS & PUBLIC RELATIONS

ROLE OVERVIEW

Epoch Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a senior Marketing Communications & PR professional to lead the company 360-degree marketing, brand communication, PR, corporate communications, lead generation, and external stakeholder engagement.

The candidate will be responsible for building marketing initiatives from scratch, driving measurable business impact, and representing Epoch at conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and business forums.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute 360-degree marketing strategy covering branding, digital, content, PR, communications, events, and lead generation.
- Drive lead generation and demand generation initiatives and manage the marketing funnel.
- Track marketing ROI, campaign performance, budgets, analytics, and business impact.
- Build and strengthen Epochs brand positioning, visibility, and corporate reputation.
- Lead Marketing Communications, PR, and Corporate Communications.
- Manage relationships with media, industry bodies, clients, partners, government institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and execute events, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, webinars, and corporate initiatives.
- Represent Epoch at national and international business forums.
- Develop presentations, speeches, press releases, corporate communications, and executive messaging.




- Drive digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email/CRM campaigns, and other relevant channels.
- Identify opportunities for thought leadership and industry visibility.
- Work closely with senior management on strategic positioning and business growth.
- Build marketing processes and initiatives from scratch and take end-to-end ownership.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 10+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, Marketing Communications, PR, Corporate Communications, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of 360-degree marketing, lead generation, demand generation, and marketing ROI.
- Experience in B2B marketing and marketing-led business growth.
- Strong brand building, digital marketing, PR, communications, and event marketing experience.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, public speaking, and networking skills.
- Solid executive presence with the ability to engage with senior leaders and international audiences.
- Proven experience representing an organization at conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and business forums.
- Strong media relations and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
