Chinese - Speaking Project Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Location - Based on client projects site

Job Summary

We are looking for a Chinese-Speaking Project Coordinator to work closely with Chinese/Taiwanese clients and support project execution at client sites. The primary responsibility is project coordination, with translation and communication support between Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure smooth execution.

Act as the main communication bridge between Chinese/Taiwanese clients and internal teams.

Translate and interpret conversations, meetings, and project requirements between Mandarin and English.

Track project progress and follow up on pending tasks.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and implementation teams.

Prepare and share project status updates with clients and management.

Escalate project issues, delays, and risks to the concerned teams.

Support site implementation activities, including network cabling, CCTV,



and related infrastructure projects.

Travel to project locations as required.

Mandatory

- Good Chinese communication skills (spoken and written).
- Valuable English communication skills.
- Experience in project coordination, client coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work full time at client sites and travel when required.

Preferred

- Experience working with Chinese/Taiwanese clients.
- Experience in project, site, or operations coordination.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, CCTV, or technology implementation projects.
